2. products & pricing

We try to describe and picture products accurately; slight variation is normal. Prices are shown in the currency of your country (US dollars, pounds sterling, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars) and include applicable taxes where stated. We may change prices and product availability at any time before you order.

3. your order & the contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. out of stock or a pricing error), we will let you know and refund any payment.

4. payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. delivery

Delivery timing and any charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. returns & your statutory rights

Returns are covered by our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country (for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK or the Australian Consumer Law), which we cannot exclude or limit.

The Wherly name, logo, images, and site content are ours (or our licensors') and may not be used without permission.

9. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim before your local courts.
